Wonderful experience! With my husband and myself being first time home buyers, having a thorough and detailed inspection is very important to us. Mr. John Swanger arrived promptly and was ready to start the inspection. He allowed me to walk with him and informed me of details with the house as we went. He allowed me to ask questions and was very professional and approachable. The inspection took a while, but that was because he was looking in every nook and cranny to make sure he did not miss anything. Overall, the experience was surprisingly fun and informative. I would recommend Mr. Swanger to anyone looking for a home inspection.

John is one of the most thorough inspectors you could use. He checks everything that he possibly can, takes pictures of everything and his report is impeccable. I used him twice and, because of his extensive report, I realized how much work that first house needed and it wasn't worth the price. Hire him, you won't regret it!
